Freddy Lee Loftis
Buffalo, SC
Mr. Freddy Lee Loftis, age 63, of 986 Meadow Woods Rd., Buffalo, husband
of Wanda Gresham Loftis, passed away Tuesday, December 3, 2019 at his
home.
Mr. Loftis was born in Anderson, March 8, 1956, a son of the late Fred
B. Loftis and Frances Evans Loftis. He graduated from Westside
High School in Anderson and was retired after 36 years with the South
Carolina Highway Patrol. He was a member of Lakeside Baptist
Church. Mr. Loftis was a loving Husband, Father and Papa.
Surviving in addition to his wife are a “daughter”, Hailey Gresham,
reared in the home and her fiancé, Nick Davis; a grandson, Riley Joel
Davis, of the home; a brother-in-law, Wayne Gresham and wife Andrea of
Union; a niece, Alexis Gresham; two nephews, Wayne Gresham II and Tyler
Gresham and wife, Donielle; a great niece, Bristol Gresham and a great
nephew, Colt Gresham all of Buffalo; and a “brother”, George Faucette
and wife, Nancy of Shelby, NC.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, December 6, 2019 at
S.R. Holcombe Chapel conducted by Rev. Scott Cobb.
Members and former members of the South Carolina Highway Patrol and
caregivers from Hospice Care of South Carolina are asked to sit in a
group.
The family wishes to give a special thanks to Hospice Care of South
Carolina and especially to Richard Miller, Jamie Duncan, Charlene
Gibson, Charletta White and Lisa Lindler.
Visitation will be held Thursday, December 5, 2019 from 6-8 PM at the
S.R. Holcombe Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Lakeside Baptist Church, 640
Lakeside Dr., Union, SC 29379 or Hospice Care of South Carolina 408 N.
Duncan Bypass, Suite 6, Union, SC 29379.

Wilma Horne Belue
Jonesville, S.C.
Mrs. Wilma Horne Belue, age 89, of 421 Pacolet St.,
Jonesville, widow of Calvin Belue, passed away Monday, December 2, 2019
at Ellen Sagar Nursing Home.
Mrs. Belue was born in Jonesville, December 9, 1929, a daughter of the
late Albert “Son” Horne and Ella Mae Horne. She attended Jonesville High
School and was retired from S and S Manufacturing. Mrs. Belue was a
member of Gilead Baptist Church.
Surviving are three daughters, Jean Jenkins and husband Ronnie and Rita
Sanders and husband Wayne all of Jonesville, Joan Crain and husband
Richard of Spartanburg; a son, Dwight Belue and wife Kaye of Jonesville;
a sister, Avenelle Harris of Jonesville; grandchildren, Greta Bailey,
Adrienne Morgan, Judd Belue, and Drew Sanders; and five
great-grandchildren. Mrs. Belue was predeceased by a sister, Elizabeth
Horne.
Graveside services will be held at 1:00 PM Wednesday, December 4, 2019
at Gilead Baptist Church Cemetery conducted by Rev. Dr. Eddie Saxon.
Honorary pallbearers will be Judd Belue, Drew Sanders, Andrew Smith,
Phillip Spencer and Michael Fleming.
Visitation will be held at the graveside immediately following the
services.

Kelly Crocker Jones
Saluda, SC
Mrs. Kelly Paige Crocker Jones, age 46, wife of Mark Jones of 611 Brooks
Road, Saluda, passed away Sunday, December 1, 2019 at Prisma Health,
Greenville Memorial Hospital.
Mrs. Jones was born in Union, December 25, 1972, a daughter of the late
Ralph Donald “Donnie” Crocker, Sr. and Mary Elizabeth Cooksey Wilson.
She was of the Baptist faith and formerly worked at Oakmont Nursing Home
(Heartland) of Union.
Surviving in addition to her husband are a brother, Ralph Crocker, Jr.
and wife, Joni, a sister, Shannon Crocker Gordon and husband, “Bruzz”
and her mother-in-law, Jo Ann Stevenson.
Graveside services will be held 12:00 Noon Tuesday, December 3, 2019 at
Union Memorial Gardens conducted by the Rev. Brad Goodale.
Visitation will be immediately following the services at the cemetery.
The family is at the home, 611 Brooks Rd., Saluda, SC 29138 and at the
home of her brother, Ralph and Joni Crocker, 191 River Rd., Union, SC
29379.
James C. Dabbs
Lockhart, S.C.
Mr. James C. “Buster” Dabbs, age 88, husband of Ruth Ham Dabbs of 3915
Foster Dr. Sharon, SC. 29742 passed away Sunday, December 1, 2019 at
Spartanburg Regional Medical Center.
Mr. Dabbs was born in Lockhart, July 1, 1931, a son of the late L.J.
Dabbs and Mary Justice Dabbs. He was a member of Lockhart Free Will
Baptist Church and formerly employed with Milliken and company-Lockhart
plant. Mr. Dabbs retired with Charlie Walker Auto Sales.
Surviving in addition to his wife, are a daughter, Mary Thomas and
husband Ron of Gaffney; a son, Dennis Dabbs and wife Sherryl of Boling
Springs; two brothers, Olin Dabbs and wife Laura and Dean Dabbs all of
Lockhart; a sister, Louise Meyers of Rutherford, NC; six grandchildren
and eleven great-grandchildren. Mr. Dabbs was predeceased by a daughter,
Lori Briggs.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Thursday, December 5, 2019 at
Lockhart Free Will Baptist Church conducted by the Rev. Sam Baine and
Dr. Rev. Brian Stepp. Burial will be at Mt. Pleasant Presbyterian church
cemetery.
The family will receive friends 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Wednesday,
December 4, 2019 at Lockhart Free Will Baptist church.
